Personal Note ✨
Since the office of the company I work for is close to Shiga Kogen, I’ve had the chance to spend a lot of time in this area. In my personal opinion, Shiga Kogen is better than many other ski resorts. It’s no surprise that during the winter months, finding accommodation here can be quite challenging due to high demand.
Below, I will offer two options for those planning to visit Shiga Kogen. Both are based on my own experiences, so it’s perfectly natural if visitors have different opinions after coming here.
Option 1: For those considering staying in the area, I will share information about a hotel nearby where you can book your stay.
Option 2: Alternatively, my company offers a daily ski tour which might be a great way to explore Shiga Kogen without worrying about accommodation.
Even if you don’t choose either option, I hope you get the chance to visit Shiga Kogen one day and experience this incredible place for yourself.
